Helpful, friendly and informative. They fixed what was wrong and charged me a nominal fee for it. Thanks for the piece of mind!

I brought my computer to Hyperion PC for evaluation. At the time of drop-off, I was told that the diagnostic was free. This representation is consistent with Hyperion PC’s publicly advertised policy stating that diagnostics are “100% free” and that customers may decline repairs and retrieve their devices without charge. After Hyperion PC took possession of my computer, I was later informed that although they had reviewed the device, they would not provide any written report or statement, including documentation stating that the computer is unfixable, unless I paid $150. The reason given was that their time “isn’t free.” This $150 charge was never disclosed prior to intake, is not disclosed in their published policy, and was never authorized by me. No distinction was explained at drop-off between a “free diagnostic” and paid written documentation. This complaint concerns the practice of advertising free diagnostics while refusing to provide written findings unless an additional fee is paid, without that condition being disclosed beforehand.

I was a computer programmer for years. Had a laptop that we were losing all the data on. I had tried everything. Went to Hyperion and needed out with the guy there and told him what I did. He called me a couple hours later, said he was able to skip all the stuff I tried and found a solution and was copying all my files off. They did a great job and saved the day!

Tried their best, and when they couldn't fix it, they didn't charge me. Just how it goes sometimes. Thanks for trying! UPDATE: Went to them for some computer stuff. Their service was decently quick and they even absorbed some unexpected costs. Big fan of them, will continue to use them for electronics repair stuff

I cannot recommend Hyperion Computer and Mobile Repair enough. They picked up their phone right away and invited me to their store. I needed help with an iPhone repair. As I am sure you know, it’s super challenging to be without your phone these days. I’m so grateful for their prompt help and will definitely be recommending anyone I know to them for computer and cell phone repair.
